Agreement to Terms and Conditions

Dryft Party Bus, L.L.C. (DPB) will strictly enforce State and Federal Laws, and will maintain a zero-tolerance policy, that no alcoholic beverages can be consumed or used by any person that is not of legal drinking age. All U.S. law enforcement agencies have absolute power to stop any motor vehicle for administrative searches. If contraband is found aboard, even in negligible quantities, without the chauffeur’s knowledge, the vehicle can be seized and forfeited to a local government agency. All law enforcement agencies are aggressively enforcing these policies. Therefore, no person will bring contraband aboard vehicles that are owned or operated by DPB. Additionally, DPB will not be held responsible for any injuries that may occur due to horse-playing, or to people standing, which is not allowed on the bus at ANY time while the bus is moving. The renter identified on this contract will be held responsible for his or her guests, and their actions. DPB also will not be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage of any personal items left unattended within the vehicle.


  • $20 per broken glassware, $20 per damaged CD/DVD, $400 per damaged TV.

  • $400 per damaged seat, $200 for damaged floor, $200 per damaged mirror, $200 per damaged ceiling panel

  • $100 minimum for extensive clean-up (spills, etc.).

  • $150 for detailing and wax (due to sickness on exterior).

  • $175 for shampooing and disinfecting (due to sickness on interior).

  • $100 charge for EACH smoking violation, and second violation merits termination of the ride with NO REFUNDS.

  • $150 minimum for each act of vandalism.

  • Downtime is subject to loss of revenue per each hour lost as stated in this contract.

  • $100 fine for standing on the seats, second violation merits termination of the ride with NO REFUNDS

  • $50 fine minimum for having food on board. 

Any illegal activity, including, but not limited to, the use of illegal substances will cause a termination of the ride with NO REFUNDS. NO SMOKING is allowed on any of our vehicles, and DPB reserves the right to terminate this, or any other, contract for noncompliance with ANY of the requests outlined in this contract.  DPB will not be held responsible regarding any illness claims including COVID-19.  Renter acknowledges they are reserving at their own disgression and DPB has taken all necessary precations to make our vehicles safe for our guests.

The Renter authorizes the whole amount to be paid in full AT LEAST FIVE (5) days prior to the reservation date, and the reservation is official once this contract is signed and the safety deposit has been paid by credit card/PayPal ONLY ($100 for 18 passenger bus,  $200 for 18 passenger limo, 24 passenger bus and 36 passenger bus). Any deposits made will become non-refundable if the reservation is canceled for any reason. Changing times and or the date of reservations can be made but are subject to a $50 convenience fee.  If the reservation is canceled during any of the three (3) days prior to the scheduled reservation, DPB has the right to retain/collect the balance in-full.  If cancelled before 3 days prior to reservation, responsible party can use the deposit credit on file for up to 1 year from the day reservation is cancelled.  If responsible party does not call to cancel within 3 days of the scheduled reservation either by phone or email, then the responsible party is giving DPB permission to collect the remaining balance by the credit card provided for the deposit assuming they want to continue with the scheduled reservation.  No personal or business checks are accepted. Cash, money orders, or credit cards/PayPal will only be accepted for full payment.

As with all contracts, this rental contract between the renter below and DPB is made with the information and the terms given to us. All of the given information from the renter is binding, and CANNOT be changed without DPB’s acceptance. We will reserve the said date upon approval of the renter’s credit card as per telephone conversation. The credit card holder therefore gives DPB authorization to use the credit card information over the phone/fax/internet in combination with this signed contract. It is agreed, by both parties, that it is not necessary to obtain a signed credit card slip, as the reservation is made over the phone/fax/internet. Proof of identity of the renter using said credit card MUST be supported by the signed contract/credit card authorization via fax or in person. The renter therefore authorizes DPB to add any additional charges to the credit card on-file, if necessary as described above, as supplemental charges after we have rendered services. If the person named below is not present at the time of pickup, DPB will not start the job. If the renter fails to show at the designated pick-up location, and does not inform the office and/or the driver, the full amount of the contracted time will be charged. Attendees have a leeway of fifteen (15) minutes to arrive at the designated pick up area. If they do not show up in the allotted time, DPB reserves the right to leave the attendees behind without a ride back and no refunds of any kind.  Renters are allowed to go to 3 different destinations not including pick up and drop off addresses.  Any additional destinations after 3 will be subject to an additional fee.  A $75 gas fee will be applied to reservations outside of the El Paso city limits.

DPB cannot guarantee the availability of overtime. It is of particular importance that the renter below makes allowances in anticipation of possible delays and that he/she adheres to the agreed time schedule. In the event that a change needs to be made to the itinerary, the renter may do so, as long as DPB confirms that the accommodation will not conflict with any other clients that have already booked with DPB. The renter furthermore agrees to pay any additional charges incurred, such as overtime, cellular usage, tolls, parking, etc.  Overtime is charged in 30 minute increments at the normal hourly rate as agreed upon by renters electronic signature beginning once a reservation has gone 15 minutes over the agreed time.  Cardholder authorization is not required and assumed they will be charged for going over the original agreed upon time.  If, for any reason, the renter below is not fully satisfied with the services rendered, he/she has twelve (12) hours from the job’s completion to file a complaint to us IN WRITING. If DPB does not receive any written complaint within the aforementioned time frame, it is agreed that there is no valid complaint, and that the renter is fully satisfied with the services he/she received. Filing a written complaint ensures both parties’ understanding of the problem, and allows DPB to identify any reimbursement that may be due. The renter will then be contacted within a week of filing the complaint to settle the matter.

Additionally, the renter below will recognize that technical problems caused by the vehicle itself are a separate case from the contract; therefore, they will cause no dispute in general against DPB and the payment that has been authorized. High-tech equipped vehicles are sometimes subject to temporary failure due to heat and/or excessive use of all power-operated equipment. This, of course, will not interfere with the safety of the vehicle itself, and so will have no effect on completion or payment of the contracted trip. DPB guarantees that all our vehicles are constantly checked to keep the highest possible standards, and eliminate such failures as much as possible.

DPB agrees to send the quested vehicle as offered in the contract. We do reserve the right to upgrade, or switch, the vehicles in case of emergency breakdown or accidents. As stated, this will only happen in emergencies. No additional charges will occur on the renter’s end if the upgrade or switch is made without his/her request, nor will it affect the contract and/or payment of contract. The renter below therefore accepts that a replacement limousine may be substituted if the contracted limousine becomes unavailable for any reason.

If any of our above guarantees or contracted terms cannot be met due to conditions outside our control, including weather, accidents, and any other acts of God, we will make our best efforts to notify the renter of these conditions and any resulting delays or changes.

As the aforementioned renter, I certify that I have read, understand, and agree to all of the terms and conditions stated above, as proven by my electronic signature (clicking the accept box) . I also fully understand, that if, for any reason (outside of the stipulations described above), I am not completely satisfied with the services I receive, I have 12 hours from the completion of the services to file a complaint in writing to Dryft Party Bus, L.L.C.
